To add more weight to this theory, the American Medical Association has, in fact, conducted research on exposure to bright lights and found that it can cause sleep disorders: It’s a decent theory, and it looks like they’re interested in exploring it further. The settings are simple, specify your location (or zip code) and what kind of lighting your computer includes, and set the lighting transition speed.
